Values and Credos

In order to accomplish our Mission, we will make our decisions and conduct our actions in accordance with the following four values and eight credos.

Speed and Quality	In order to achieve precise and speedy output, planning and efficiency must always be in the forefront of our minds. In order to produce the maximum result, we must always be conscious of our individual roles.
Continual Challenges	We must not fear failure or change, but rather carry within us the spirit of a challenger at all times. Always think ahead, and move boldly forward.
High Earnings through Appreciation	Always treat and think of our partners with sincerity, and receive compensation equivalent to the level of thanks given to us. Seek out a mechanism in which we make money with each smile we receive.
Employees are Assets	We must think about what we ourselves can do to make use of the strong points of our fellows. Our strong points are the good fortune of the company. The company's strong points are our good fortune.
